Joseph Elders

Joe is currently Major Projects Officer in the Cathedrals and Church Buildings division of the Church of England. He previously worked in Germany, where he excavated the major Carmelite friary site in Esslingen-am-Neckar, also the subject of his thesis. Also worked in the Middle East, surveying and excavating 6th century Nestorian monasteries in the Persian Gulf.
